  • This card can be only be redeemed at the mono-brand stores of ‘Tiffany & Co’ in India by presenting it to the cashier at the time of making a purchase.
  • This card cannot be encashed. No cash refund in part / full will be provided.
  • Tiffany & Co will not be responsible for lost card and no demand for replacement / compensation for the lost card will be entertained.
  • Mutilated, defaced, duplicate or photocopy of the card will not be accepted or honoured.
  • Once the card is issued / used, requested for cancellation will not be entertained.
  • The card is valid for 12 months from the date of activation. After such period the card will no longer be valid for redemption. No request for extension of validity period will be entertained.
  • The gift card can be loaded only single time and used multiple times, till balance is available.
  • The card does not represent any underlying or identified goods or merchandise.
  • This card represents advance amount for option to purchase merchandise offered for sale at select store in future.
  • Tiffany & Co reserves the right to alter any /all the terms and condition of this card any time without prior notice.
  • Decision of Tiffany & Co in respect of any matter related hereto shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained in this behalf.
  • The bearer of this card will be considered as the bonafide recipient of the benefits of redemption.
  • The use of the gift card and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws in India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
